Two Ingredient Naan
These are surprisingly easy to make and somehow two simple ingredients result in soft, fluffy naans that are heavenly with garlic butter, curries etc!

Two Ingredient Naan
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 250g self raising flour
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together until a dough forms.
- Sprinkle flour over your kitchen surface and knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a clean tea towel. Leave to rest for 2 hours.
- Split the dough into 4 pieces.
- Sprinkle your kitchen surface with flour and roll out each piece of dough.
- Put a pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of oil and then add the naan to the pan.
- Pan fry the naan for 2-3 minutes. When the naan is a dark golden colour underneath and has bubbles of air, flip it. Lower the heat slightly and cook the naan for another minute or 2. Repeat with the rest.
- Serve the naan with garlic butter and enjoy!
