A classic, refreshing Greek dip that I could eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  • 350g greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 large cucumber, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • A handful of fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber before adding to the yoghurt, along with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Stir to combine and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and extra dill on top.
