Tzatziki
A classic, refreshing Greek dip that I could eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 350g greek yoghurt
- 1/2 large cucumber, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A handful of fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber before adding to the yoghurt, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir to combine and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and extra dill on top.
