5 Seed Crackers
These are such a delicious, healthy snack and are super easy to make! They are perfect with dips or by themselves.
5 Seed Crackers
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flaxseeds (whole not milled)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water (room temp)
- 1/3 cup sunflowers seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Stir together the flaxseeds, chia seeds and water and set aside for 5 minutes or until they become a thick gel.
- Add the rest of the seeds and a big pinch of salt, and stir until combined.
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and brush with olive oil.
- Spread the seed mixture onto the tray in a thin, even layer.
- Brush the top with more olive oil (this will help it crisp up). Bake for ~35-40 minutes - the cracker should be golden all over (it will be slightly darker around the edges but don’t let it get too dark).
- Set aside to cool completely and crisp up before breaking into pieces.
