These are such a delicious, healthy snack and are super easy to make! They are perfect with dips or by themselves.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flaxseeds (whole not milled)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water (room temp)
  • 1/3 cup sunflowers seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Stir together the flaxseeds, chia seeds and water and set aside for 5 minutes or until they become a thick gel.
  3. Add the rest of the seeds and a big pinch of salt, and stir until combined.
  4. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and brush with olive oil.
  5. Spread the seed mixture onto the tray in a thin, even layer.
  6. Brush the top with more olive oil (this will help it crisp up). Bake for ~35-40 minutes - the cracker should be golden all over (it will be slightly darker around the edges but don’t let it get too dark).
  7. Set aside to cool completely and crisp up before breaking into pieces.
