Hot Honey Salmon Tacos
These hot honey salmon tacos with a spicy mango avocado salsa are easy to make and taste so good! Scale up the recipe as needed and serve any leftover salmon and salsa with rice for a delicious speedy supper!
Hot Honey Salmon Tacos
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- A drizzle of hot honey
- A drizzle of olive oil
- A pinch of salt & pepper
Salsa
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped
- The juice of 1 lime
- Salt & pepper
To serve
- 6 soft tacos
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the mango salsa to a bowl and mix together.
- Toss the cubes of salmon with the spices, olive oil, hot honey, salt & pepper.
- Pan fry the salmon in a drizzle of olive oil until golden on all sides and cooked through.
- Warm the tacos in the oven or on a pan.
- Top the warm tacos with the mango salsa and cubes of salmon. Drizzle over some more hot honey and enjoy!
